Singapore Writers' Guild
When you're free...
Written by Orangeline (Moderator)
Please read through some of our members' writings and shower them with your precious ratings and comments.
I had read through the writings and commented on a few of them.

If you have any articles, stories, poems or any form of writing, please share it with the rest of us here in the guild.
I will be more than happy to read and comment on them.

Hope to see this site become active again.

Have a nice day.

Welcome to Singapore Writers' Guild
Written by Ciren (Moderator)

A warm welcome to you!  You probably found us while you were looking for original writings to read online or searching for a channel to display your creative works.  If you belong to the former, then feel free to browse around and satisfy your craving for good reads.  For the latter, you must have been on the verge of some mental melt down (after having spent hours or even days to find a place which you may share your work) before finding us.

Singapore Writers' Guild offers locals a place to share their creative writings (original, of course Laughing)  and to read the imaginative works of other writers.  We aim to promote and fuel the passion for writing among Singaporeans; eventually building a community of creative, imaginative and resourceful writers.

This community channel was designed and built to be as user-friendly as possible.  We try our best to eliminate all technical procedures for our users.

To further enhance your experience, we have included some features:

  • Ratings and Comments for all submitted articles
  • Rich Functionalities for article writing
  • Periodical Features of writers and their works

We hope that in the near future, Singapore Writers' Guild would have gathered enough members and articles to publish free periodicals for the public.  Help us spread the word and passion!

Note for first-time visitors:

  • Only registered users are allowed to publish articles, comment and give ratings
  • The management team will do their utmost best to safeguard your creative property, but what they can do is limited.  Therefore, we strongly encourage writers to obtain Creative Commons License for any piece of work which they feel are of utmost importance to them.
  • For a more detailed guide on submitting articles, please visit our FAQ section.
